For our buyers with resale licenses, we offer the following advantages:

• Purchases $50.00 - $100.00 - 15% off
• Purchases over $100.00 - 30% off

No discount on: glass art, consignment & sale items.
Tax will be charged for tools and books.

A copy of a current resale license must be on file prior to purchase.

A license holder may have purchasing agents.
However, a notarized letter must be on file listing the authorized agents.

NOTE: Only the license holder and authorized agents may purchase with wholesale priviledges.

Frequent Buyer

After an initial $50.00 purchase, one-time or cumulative, customers are eligible for a Frequent Buyer Card. This entitles card-holders to 10% off every purchase excluding books, glass art, sale and consignment items.

Upon reaching $150.00 total purchases, customers may take advantage of a one-time 15% discount. At this time, one book may be included in the purchase (once the 15% has been used, the 10% policy remains in effect.)

A Frequent Buyer card may be left on file in the store. A card must be presented at the time of purchase in order to add purchase information or receipts must be presented with the card, if the card is forgotten at the time of purchase.

NOTE: A Frequent Buyer customer is one who makes a purchase at least once every three months. To keep card current, you need to make a purchase at every quarter. Cards are retired if no purchases are made within the quarter.

Class Registration

All classes are priced individually by the teacher. Materials are not included in the price of the class, for all classes except Beading 101, some glass bead making classes, or unless otherwise noted. Estimated material cost vary depending on your choice of materials used. No prices can be quoted for class materials due to the large selection of available materials. There is a 10% discount on all class supplies purchased prior to the class. Receive a 15% discount coupon when you finish your class. This discount coupon must be redeemed within 2 weeks.

Full payment is required at registration; payment guarantees a spot in the class. You must register for a class at least three days prior to the class.

Cancellation Policy - All class registration payments are non-refundable. If Bonnie's Beads needs to cancel the class, you will be given the option of a refund or store credit. If you need to cancel the class, you will be given the option of store credit, up to one week before the class. One week or less prior to class, no store credit or refund.

Individual Instruction

Several classes can be taught as individual instruction, if the scheduled class is at an inconvenient time or canceled due to lack of registration. Please call 48 hours before you want to schedule a class, which will then be held at an agreed upon time between you and the instructor. The price of instruction can vary depending on the instructor, but generally it is between $20 and $30 per hour with a minimum of two hours. Once a time is agreed upon, payment is expected prior to the instruction and is non-refundable.

Visiting Artist Workshops

Workshops fill up early. Call or drop by the store. When registering, payment in full is expected at the time of registration and is non-refundable. Credit cards are accepted over the phone. All supplies and/or materials are NOT included in the price of the workshop.

No store credit can be issued for these classes.

Returns

Exchanges are only accepted with receipts within 30 days of purchase.

No Exceptions.

No returns on books, stringing material, wire, consignment items or art glass.

Layaways

10% down and 60 days

If a layaway is not picked up in by the end of the 60th day, the item or items will be returned to stock and the deposit will be forfeited.
